My Boyfriend is a Super Idol – ARDOUR

Hello Nihao! While waiting for our favourite manga series to be released, I have found a nice manhwa series to be read. After I have read it, I found it is very interesting and sweet, thus I would like to share with you all.

The shoujo manhwa series that I am recommending is called “ARDOUR”. It is a Taiwanese manhwa and the author is Wu Rou Xuan. According to the author, she has spent about 6 years for such series.  It has 12 volumes for this manhwa series.  This manga series is released in the year 2004 and it is a completed manga series.

Title : ARDOUR

Due to her father's inability to take care of the band, You Yi is offered to be Ardour’s new manager. You Yi accepts the offer because if she didn't, then her father will be fire! Thus, her life started with the ARDOUR and 2 of the boys from the band have fall for her, whom will she fall to?!

Characters Description:

Lian You-Yi
A 15 year-old junior high-school Taiwanese student. Her father is a manager of an industry company and her mother is a fashion designer. You-Yi is very good in fashion design. She is in France when she was small and then returns to Taiwan to stay with her father in Taiwan. Then she is helping her father to become the assistant of the band, Ardour.

A 17 year-old student in Taiwan. One of the 3 members of the band, Ardour. He is the heart-throb, the coolest and cutest in the band. His father is Japanese and mother is a Taiwanese. He comes from a wealthy family. He always teases You Yi, and then falls for her.
From L - Yu Wei, Sheng Ye, Hui Yao

Wen Hui Yao
A 17 year-old student in Taiwan. One of the 3 members of the band, Ardour. He always has the seductive smile to his fans. He is like a playboy type. He returns from USA. He likes to hang out with You-Yi. He has a step sister.

Fang Yu Wei
A 15 year-old student in Taiwan, one of the 3 members of the band, Ardour, who is also the youngest among them. He is the adorable cutie and pretty bishounen type. He has 5 older sisters and he dislikes You-Yi at the beginning.
From Top : ShengYe, Hui Yao, Yu Wei

Brother Lian
Father of You-Yi, also the manager of the band, Ardour. Always very busy with his work but loves his daughter very much.

The above are the main characters of the manhwa series. There are more characters are appearing in the later story. There is another boy band, Japanese relatives of Sheng Ye, Ah Wei’s old friend and some actresses.

With all those characters, there are may love triangles in the story. This makes it very interesting and exciting. You have to read it continuously that you know who actual couple are would be.

I like this manhwa series very much due to its story and the art is beautiful. The art of this mahwa series is good, it could be compared to the Japanese manga. Moreover, there is also beautiful fashion in it. I think this story is very romantic and sweet.

OK, let us take a sneak peek of some scenes of “Ardour”.

This manhwa series has 12 volumes and it is a completed series. However, the scandalation series is on-going. I already finished reading the whole series as I read the Chinese version. I would attach both the English and Chinese versions here.

Well,  enjoy reading! ^.^

Live-Action Kyō, Koi o Hajimemasu's

Kenshin's Emi Takei stars as old-fashioned girl in high school with Tori Matsuzaka

The talent agency Top Coat began streaming the first teaser trailer for the live-action film adaptation of Kanan Minami's Kyō, Koi o Hajimemasu shōjo romance manga on Friday. Emi Takei (live-action Rurouni Kenshin's Kaoru, Ai to Makoto's Ai) stars as the old-fashioned "Showa-era girl" Tsubaki Hibino opposite Tori Matsuzaka (We Can't Change the World. But, We Wanna Build a School in Cambodia, Samurai Sentai Shinkenger, .hack//The Movie), who plays a "modern" boy named Kyōta.

The original manga follows Tsubaki, a girl who is indifferent to both romance and fashion, even though she loves giving other people adorable hairstyles. On the first day of high school, she happened to sit next to Kyōta, a mean-spirited boy who teases her. In retaliation, she spontaneously pulls out scissors and cuts off his long tresses of hair. Thus begins the long love-hate relationship between Tsubaki and Kyōta.

Kyō, Koi o Hajimemasu began serializing in Sho-Comi in January 2008, and it just ended last November. The manga's 14 compiled book volumes have sold over eight million copies. The manga already inspired two anime DVDs.
Takeshi Furusawa (Ghost Train, Another) is directing the film for a December release in Japanese theaters.

You jump, I jump! – Titanic – 3D

Do you remember the phrases “You jump, I jump!”, “I’m the King of the world!” or the song that begins with the words “Every night in my dreams I see you, I feel you….”? Well, if you do, I bet you are a BIG fan of the blockbuster movie of “Titanic” of year 1997. Well, if you did not know or remember those phrases and lyrics, it is okay.

I bet most of the people have watched the blockbuster movie of “Titanic” in the year 1997, yes, 15 years ago. As for me, I had watched it twice too and no doubt I was sobbing whenever I was watching this movie. This is such a disaster and sad romantic love story!!! I think I do not need to tell about the story of “Titanic” as it is a well-known for the world.

In this year 2012, the director of the movie, James Cameron has made the “Titanic” in 3D. Yes, you may experience the movie like never before. Guess what?! The “Titanic 3D” is started to show in Malaysia from 5th April onwards. All the fans of this blockbuster could watch it again and feel in a new experience for the movie.

All the actors and actresses are the same in the movie, except that the actress who acted as the “Elderly Rose” (aged 101-year old Rose); Gloria Stuart has passed way in year 2010 at age 100. No doubt we could see the young Leonardo Dicaprio as the Jack Dawson again. He has become the Heartthrob of many ladies since that movie; I am one of them too! :P

Let us not forget the theme song too, “My Heart Will Go On” by Celine Dion. Actually I like all the songs or music of “Titanic”.

OK, let us refresh our memories of “Titanic” scenes at below.

I am looking forward to the “Titanic 3D” as it is one of my most favourite movies; even it is in sad ending.
